What we don’t do

  • We do not provide reserved UK immigration or asylum advice.
  • We do not sell passports or guarantee government outcomes; final decisions rest with authorities.

When UK-regulated advice is required

If a matter requires UK-regulated immigration advice, it will be delivered exclusively by appropriately authorised advisers, identified by name and registration number in your Client Care Letter.

  • Milestone-based billing; completed stages are non-refundable.
  • Unused pre-paid work refundable minus third-party costs.
  • Third-party fees (notary/translation/courier) non-refundable once initiated.
